Digital Products & Courses
All courses and educational materials provided by FX Prime Academy Ltd are delivered digitally. Once access has been granted, downloaded, or course materials have been viewed, the purchase is considered final.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only when all of the following apply:
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase
- The course content has not been significantly accessed or completed
- There is a valid technical issue preventing access to the course
Non-Refundable Cases
