Refund Policy

Digital Courses & Products

Refund requests for digital courses and products may be submitted within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Contact support@fxprimeacademy.com with your order details.

Consultation & Mentorship

Consultation sessions cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Late cancellations may not be refunded.

Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
